The Aberdeenshire Primary Care Psychological Therapies Service provides locally based work with individuals to help treat and manage common mental health problems such as: • Anxiety • Panic disorder • Social anxiety • Health anxiety • OCD • Phobias • PTSD • Depression • Mental health difficulties arising from long term health conditions You can now self-refer without seeing a GP first. First Point Contact Physiotherapy
We now offer a First Point Contact Physiotherapy service for any musculoskeletal problems. Please phone the surgery to arrange an appointment with the physiotherapist without the need to see a GP first.The Advanced Practice Physiotherapist will: Assess you and diagnose what’s happening, give expert advice on how best to manage your condition, refer you on to specialist services if necessary.
